Unique Printed Acoustic Panels

This large printed acoustic panels project required the installation of 24 unique wallcovering and acoustical materials, including high-demand custom products with extended lead times. Magnum’s award-winning Painting and Wallcovering Division rose to the challenge, successfully coordinating with suppliers and BCCI Construction, the general contractor, to keep the project on track, even working weekends to meet key milestones.
Material Coordination & Flexibility in Action
Many of the printed acoustic panels needed for this project were special order items with long manufacturing timelines. Many companies would have struggled to meet the project’s schedule while waiting for the materials to arrive. Magnum’s Painting and Wallcovering team took a proactive approach, managing logistics, adjusting schedules, and maintaining direct lines of communication with the general contractor and suppliers.

The FilzFelt Aroplank 4 Acoustical Panels are a prime example of this. Their delivery timeline extended beyond the project’s end date, but FilzFelt Spinneybeck worked with Magnum to ship the backing materials early and expedite the top panel production. This allowed Magnum to complete the installation just days before the final project was turned over to the client — a true demonstration of flexibility and teamwork.
