Custom Acoustical Ceiling Panels
Magnum completed a groundbreaking acoustical ceiling project featuring a custom-made 15’ x 25’ stretched fabric panel system — a first-of-its-kind installation. In close collaboration with our partners FabriTRAK®, we helped design and deliver this custom system, ensuring every panel met both visual and acoustical performance standards.
With an extremely accelerated schedule, our Drywall Division, award-winning Painting & Wallcovering Division, and Devcon Construction worked around the clock to deliver results. The pace was intense, completing half a floor every week and a half, but Magnum’s commitment to excellence and efficiency kept the project moving forward seamlessly.
With the layout of this building, typically sound would carry and cause echoing, disrupting the workday for everyone. By using this FabriTRAK® panel system, we were able to give the room better soundproofing so voices are less likely to carry. The custom panels add a beautiful visual element to the building.
Seamless Coordination, Exceptional Quality
From logistics to installation, this project demanded tight coordination. The sheer amount of material needed for this project, combined with an accelerated schedule, meant Magnum, Devcon Construction, and FabriTRAK® had to really pull together to ensure the materials were delivered on time.
