Magnum’s wood carpenters were responsible for preparing and detailing the structural framework throughout the seating area. With an emphasis on clean lines, durability, and performance in an exterior setting, our team delivered precise framing and finish-ready structures that set the tone for the space. The goal was to create a welcoming environment with natural materials and architectural detail that supports both relaxation and function.

Magnum’s Painting Division gave the structure a bold black paint that gives the seating structure a modern, high-contrast look. From there, our team carefully applied a penetrating oil stain to the exposed wood elements, enhancing the grain and delivering a warm, refined finish. This two-part application approach ensured not only aesthetic depth but also weather resistance and longevity for the exposed materials.
