VOYAGER

Constructed the second NVidia headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. Our scope included painting, wallcovering, ceiling, and specialties for the 750,000-square-foot project. Magnum received praise for meeting schedules and delivering quality work, achieving an award-winnign result.

ADOBE FOUNDERS
TOWER

Completed in 2023, this impressive 18-story project in San Jose, CA, involved decorative acoustical fins, wallcoverings, and custom ceilings throughout the 1,300,000-square-foot tower. The executive floor features AV graphics and acoustic panel sound mitigation.

TASMAN B3

Contributed to this large-scale sustainable construction project in San Jose, CA, focusing on kitchen areas. Magnum’s Acoustical Ceiling and Specialties divisions incorporated innovative products supporting the building’s sustainability and employee well-being goals.

Completed a one-story build-out in Fremont, CA, which involved drywall, ceilings, painting and wallcovering, and specialties. Workign with Herrero Builders, Magnum successfully met a tight schedule, delivering an exterior repaint, marker board walls, Autex panels, and fixture equipment installations.
