Division 10 covers the specialty products that complete a building — the accessories, systems, and furnishings that do not fall neatly into other construction categories but are essential to a fully finished, code-compliant, operational space. Magnum’s Division 10 scope includes:
- ADA Signage: Code-required in all new and renovated commercial buildings. Magnum offers a broad range of signage products in varied materials and styles to suit any project aesthetic.
- Fire Protection Equipment: Magnum furnishes commercial buildings with fire extinguishers, fireproof cabinets, Knox Boxes, fireproof blankets, and related fire protection accessories — everything required to meet code before the doors open.
- Lockers: Magnum supplies locker solutions for businesses, schools, hospitals, warehouses, and fitness facilities, working with manufacturers whose products are designed for the demands of the modern commercial environment.
- Temporary Wall Systems: Magnum installs SwiftWall® temporary wall systems — durable, sustainable, and easy to reconfigure — allowing construction work to be isolated without disrupting active operations.
- Toilet Accessories: Magnum supplies and installs Bobrick Washroom Accessories, delivering restroom fixtures that balance appearance and long-term function.
- Toilet Partitions: Restroom design makes an impression. Magnum works with clients to specify and install toilet partitions that deliver privacy, durability, and a finished aesthetic that reflects well on the space.
- Visual Displays: Magnum designs and installs visual display solutions that support productivity and communication in commercial work environments.
- Wall and Corner Protection: Magnum offers a range of wall and corner protection products, including custom-engineered solutions designed to reduce long-term replacement and maintenance costs.
- Window Shades: Magnum supplies and installs interior and exterior window shades and blinds — manual and motorized — selected and specified to suit the building’s design and operational requirements.

VOYAGER
NVIDIA Voyager is the second NVIDIA headquarters built at the Santa Clara, California campus. Magnum completed the first — NVIDIA Endeavor — in 2017. The Voyager project totaled 750,000 square feet, and Magnum received multiple contract awards from general contractor Devcon Construction Inc. across four divisions: painting, wallcovering, ceilings, and specialties. Magnum’s adherence to aggressive schedules and quality of execution drew direct recognition from job site inspectors and Devcon Construction Inc.
META
FREMONT
The Meta Fremont project at 7601 Dumbarton Circle in Fremont involved a one-story build-out, including the complete gutting of the building and the construction of a spacious, vibrant interior. Magnum performed work across multiple divisions, including drywall, ceilings, painting and wallcoverings, and specialties. Extensive work was completed on exposed ceilings and MEP items, including the application of IdeaPaint liquid markerboard walls throughout the facility. The project also included an exterior repaint encompassing all aluminum window mullions and related window wall system items. The Wallcovering Division installed Autex panels throughout, while the Specialties Division furnished the building with fixture equipment, bringing the space to full occupancy readiness.
Magnum’s Specialties Division partnered with Novo Construction on the Malwarebytes 10th-floor office in Santa Clara. The scope included custom-sized shower doors and stalls, toilet partitions, lockers, benches, cabinets, and restroom and shower accessories — all specified and installed to the client’s requirements. Magnum also furnished fire extinguishers for the floor, ensuring the space met safety requirements before occupancy.
This 62,000 square foot building was completely remodeled to meet Zynga’s operational and design requirements. Magnum’s scope included painting GWB walls, exposed ceilings, and accent walls throughout. Magnum furnished and installed Nika Vaev 1″ Ecoustic Panels across multiple locations — stepping in to replace a previous order that arrived with defects and discoloration, and delivering a result the client was fully satisfied with. Magnum also furnished restroom accessories, appliances, FECs, fire extinguishers, and bike racks, working alongside contractor Clune and architect M Moser & Associates.
