- Interior Painting: Our award-winning painting team handles new and existing commercial construction with a consistent level of quality — including the most challenging projects and the tightest schedules.
- Wallcoverings and Acoustical Wall Panel Systems: These systems deliver durability, sound abatement, and design impact. Magnum provides new installation and ongoing maintenance services for commercial wallcovering and acoustical panel systems.
- FabriTRAK® & GeoTRAK® Stretch Acoustical Wall Ceiling Systems: Magnum is a licensed distributor and installer of FabriTRAK® systems. We offer both the traditional FabriTRAK® and the eco-friendly, LEED-v4-certified GeoTRAK® stretch wall and ceiling systems. These systems allow for complete fabric replacement without disturbing the Trak base, giving clients full customization flexibility without additional substrate costs.
- Photoluminescent Way-Finding Systems: Magnum installs code-compliant luminescent signage and tape on stair handrails, exit doors, and floors. We work with leading manufacturers to deliver solutions that meet local, state, and national requirements.
- Intumescent Fireproof Paint Coatings on Steel or Wood: Where exposed structural elements require fire protection, Magnum applies intumescent coatings that satisfy code requirements without compromising the finished appearance of the space.
- Exterior, Core and Shell, & Water-Repellent Coatings: Magnum has extensive experience with epoxy and polyurethane systems, fluoropolymer coatings, waterborne urethanes, stains, sealants, and elastomeric coatings — protecting commercial building exteriors against weathering and deterioration.

Painting & Wallcovering SERVICES
ATRIUM
Magnum’s Painting Division refreshed the Rincon Atrium, painting the walls, ceilings, soffits, columns, and storefronts on the ground level. Working alongside Source Planning and Construction and architect TEF Design, Magnum completed the project four days ahead of an already aggressive schedule.
John Muir Health’s new Outpatient Specialty Center in Walnut Creek spans 155,176 square feet, with a 125-foot tunnel connecting the parking structure to the center. The building features a concrete frame with a MAT foundation wrapped in a façade of EIFS, ACM panels, punched aluminum windows, and glass curtain wall systems. Magnum’s award-winning Painting and Wallcovering Division painted the full interior of the three-story building and installed custom graphics throughout.
VOYAGER
NVIDIA Voyager is the second NVIDIA headquarters built at the Santa Clara, California campus. Magnum completed the first — NVIDIA Endeavor — in 2017. The Voyager project totaled 750,000 square feet, and Magnum received multiple contract awards from general contractor Devcon Construction Inc. across four divisions: painting, wallcovering, ceilings, and specialties. Magnum’s adherence to aggressive schedules and quality of execution drew direct recognition from job site inspectors and Devcon Construction Inc.
TOWER
This 1,300,000 square foot, 18-story project features a multi-story all-hands assembly space, a customer experience center, café, and flexible work floors. The all-hands space seats 300, and Magnum’s Ceiling Division delivered the two-story decorative acoustic fins that integrate theater lighting and specialized finishes. Across tens of thousands of square feet of acoustical wallcovering systems and custom ceiling finishes, Magnum’s crews produced some of the most striking interior spaces on the project. The 18th-floor executive level features AV graphics display areas, acoustical panel sound mitigation, and custom Armstrong ACGI wood and turf design felt fin ceiling systems — all executed by Magnum.
GLENDALE CENTRAL
LIBRARY
This 7,800 square foot renovation transformed the Glendale Central Library’s children’s and teen areas into vibrant spaces for learning and collaboration. Magnum’s standout achievement was an intricate, multi-colored domed ceiling installed without plan dimensions — developing all proportions and color transitions in real time from concept renderings, in close collaboration with architect Johnson Favaro and general contractor PCL Construction.
This 62,000 square foot building was completely remodeled to meet Zynga’s operational and design requirements. Magnum’s scope included painting GWB walls, exposed ceilings, and accent walls throughout. Magnum furnished and installed Nika Vaev 1″ Ecoustic Panels across multiple locations — stepping in to replace a previous order that arrived with defects and discoloration, and delivering a result the client was fully satisfied with. Magnum also furnished restroom accessories, appliances, FECs, fire extinguishers, and bike racks, working alongside contractor Clune and architect M Moser & Associates.
